Meet Rebecca Love.
Administrative Assistant 

Rebecca’s favorite thing about her job? She loves being with her co-workers. What’s our favorite thing about Rebecca? In our fast-paced world of restoration, she is there to help us keep the pieces together. Her organization and ability to manage all of the unique business needs that come her way each day, keeps our team in sync and running smoothly.  

Rebecca has two grown kids, so with them out of the house, she likes to take on home improvement projects with her husband. And when she’s not doing that? She likes spending time with her family, playing cards and watching movies. 

Meet Jennifer Johnson
Client Relations Manager

If you ask Jennifer she’d say she enjoys her job as well as her clients & the uniqueness of each. Jennifer brings a variety of skills to PACT. She pinpoints our clients’ project desires, builds & maintains strong relationships with property owners and managers and plans events that bring our clients & team together. Jennifer enjoys taking the time to learn her industry and her clients. Which isn’t surprising as she and her husband are currently enrolled in classes & continuing their education. She knows that continual learning is a lifestyle for success. Jennifer has more than twenty years of experience in the construction industry and is passionate about successful operations & outcomes for all clients. Construction impacts everyone involved, the residents, the on-site staff and the property owners. Through Jennifer everyone has an advocate. Jennifer is committed to excellence, which is one reason she’s a great fit on our PACT team.

Meet Becky Albright.
Project Coordinator 

Becky works on a huge variety of jobs—which is probably why she says her job is fun and interesting, and never boring.  Becky’s past experience as a home builder fills so many needs for our office. She brings structure and organization to our team to make sure no detail is missed. Becky problem solves everything from IT issues to construction schedules.

Becky is the mother of two grown children and three amazing grandsons.  In her spare time, she loves doing anything that involves her grandsons, spending time with family and friends, working on DIY projects, being outdoors, and traveling anywhere – especially to beach destinations. 

Meet Steve Mungle 
Roofing Consultant

Steve has thirty two years of industry experience. He owned & operated a business for twenty years, framing residential homes in Kansas. Later he expanded his skills & knowledge by gaining twelve years of experience as a project manager installing commercial & residential roofing. Steve literally understands construction from the ground up. Anyone who knows Steve knows that he’s always willing to help with any challenge or problem that may arise. They likely also know that Steve is an avid football fan!  When Steve isn’t consulting & assisting in repairing roofs he spends his time with his wife & teenage son & enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking or trail riding.

Meet Kaleb McGinnis.
Project Manager 

Kaleb loves how being a PACT project manager keeps him mentally and physically challenged, and how he can put clients at ease during tough situations. In fact, he loves what he does so much, he’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Kaleb not only ensures that his projects succeed, but also loves seeing everyone around him win. Kaleb loves construction and has been in the field all his life. After several years working on the road, Kaleb is enjoying his time focusing on clients in the KC Metro and coming home each night. 

At home, Kaleb and his wife Hannah have a seven-year-old son, a three-year-old daughter and a minion. Well, not an actual one. But a dog named Minion (and another named Costello). He’s also super competitive, so while he loves playing sports—mainly football and baseball—he likes winning at them just as much. 

Meet Bryan Raper.
Project Manager 

Bryan began his career in the multifamily industry in 2010, bringing a diverse depth of experience to PACT. Bryan enjoys being active in AAKC events and has earned both his Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician and Certified Apartment Manager credentials from the National Apartment Association. His work experience covers both operator and contractor roles, giving him a keen understanding of both client and resident needs. He has held positions including on-site service manager,  trainer for policy & procedures, as well as project manager. We are pleased to have welcomed him aboard our team at PACT. Bryan is hard working and enjoys the ever-changing duties, goals, and priorities of each unique job. Having four children likely helped prepare him for a fast-paced and flexible, attentive mindset. In addition to spending time with family Bryan enjoys all things sports, especially if it includes a KC Chiefs or Kansas Jayhawks win!

Meet Shannon Sweany.
Director of Construction

As Director of Construction, Shannon helps people get back to normal after catastrophic damage, something he knows all too well. His home once flooded in the middle of a wide spread pipe freeze and during this time he serviced customers and also gained perspective into the emotions one goes through when dealing with devastation to their property. Shannon learned construction and project management at a very early age working for his family owned construction business. Around the office or on the jobsite, Shannon is known for his construction knowledge, drive, passion and a work ethic that is unmatched.  

Shannon also has a few passions outside of work. He has been a coach since college. He and his wife have been foster parents for over a dozen years. And he’s a Big Brother through a mentoring program. When he finds a break in the action, you will find him on his Harley.

Meet Nicholas Seaton.
Project Director

Nick has the title of “Project Director,” but it could just as easily say “Problem Solver” or “Trust Builder” on his business card. Because that’s what he does on a daily basis—makes sure everyone works together seamlessly for the best possible outcome. Prior to joining the PACT team, Nick was a national catastrophe insurance adjuster. Nick has witnessed the devastation of all types of weather catastrophes first hand and is very familiar with what it takes to assess the damage and rebuild. Nick’s co-workers and clients enjoy the energy he brings. He wears a smile every day and lifts the spirits of those around him. 

In his downtime (a word we use lightly, as he has two young children at home), you’ll find Nick working on his house and yard with his wife, watching K-State sports, going to Royals games, and going on adventures – all the way from skiing in the Colorado mountains to SCUBA diving the depths of the oceans. He also tries to play as much golf as possible when he’s not in the office.

Meet Jeremy Hopke.
President

Fulfilling promises. Minimizing disruption. Improving peoples’ living and work environments. It’s all just a day at the office for Jeremy. As President of PACT, he keeps everything running smoothly so that everyone involved achieves their goals. It’s no small task, but he’s up for it. Jeremy describes himself as somebody who is never comfortable settling for ‘good enough’. His goal is always to help others around him grow by encouraging them to take on larger roles and bigger jobs.

Jeremy’s experience as an insurance adjuster helped him develop his knowledge in estimating and construction – something he’s always enjoyed. He then took on a role as a project director for a restoration company before successfully opening the Central Division office for Signal Restoration, located in Lees Summit. Just short of four years after the opening of the office, Jeremy and his wife reached an agreement to purchase the office from Signal and rebrand to PACT. 

Jeremy and his wife, Danielle, have two young boys. When he does have a little time to himself you might find him coaching sports for the boys, fishing, spending time outdoors or hanging out with friends and family. Jeremy’s also an army vet who’s spent time in Iraq, so you can go ahead and assume that we’re pretty humbled just being around him.
